Active and passive smoking

Smoking, either directly or indirectly through inhalation of secondhand smoke puts you at risk for a number of health problems.You have an increased risk of lung cancer and heart disease if you are exposed to another people smoking for long time. Smoking so problem for children. It’s  right easy to protect your children from passive smoking – make your home and car smoke-free. Passive smoking may not be strongly associated with lung cancer points to a need to find other risk factors.   Research indicates that cigarette smoking, besides being addictive, creates vulnerability to lung cancer and other chronic lung diseases, heart attack and stroke disorders.


A plethora of chemicals

Cigarettes contain nicotine, a highly addictive poison that stimulates brain cells. Once it has been absorbed into the bloodstream, causing a number of health risks, from the decline of lung function to cancer. Nicotine, however, is not the only threat.
