I’ve never trained your abs, but now I decided to start. I just do not know where to start. Any advice?
If you are not yet included in any gym, you can start at home, with simple exercises of sit-ups. Be careful to execute properly. If you have never done exercises for the abdominals the risk of a tear or a contracture should be borne in mind.
When you do sit-ups on the floor just raise your torso off the floor a few inches and it is important to keep your back straight, without inarcarla. A little trick: if the chin during the entire movement is always pointed toward the ceiling, then it is likely that you’re performing the exercise correctly. We can not stress this enough. The legs need to be healed. The skin should be toned, moisturized and supple, the hair should not be overlooked and must be properly executed and workouts in the gym are just as important.

Not even I was counting a lot, and I say now is that of a model, but if I were to go to the beach tomorrow I would do without too many problems (a month and a half ago I would have to gather your courage …). If you are interested I will tell you how I did it.
If you are trying to find a solution to your problems online, remember that sometimes the solution lies in perseverance, in the ideas clear, and perseverance. No tricks, no magical substances, nothing futuristic tools, no telesales spring … only a few rules, and clear objectives.
