How to prepare facial masks for cleanse your face

Nearly all women wish to have the time and money to undergo treatment in a spa facial. Unfortunately, for most of us this is not an illusion. However, you can prepare an excellent cleansing facial mask at home for a fraction of what they charge at a spa. All you need are a few ingredients basic, many of whom find in your kitchen. Masks based avocado help moisturize dry skin, while those based on oats help cleanse oily skin.

Mask of avocado, cucumber and milk

Measure the ingredients . You’ll need one egg, two teaspoons of powdered milk, one cup of chopped avocado and a cup of chopped cucumber. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend the mixture to the consistency of a paste. If the paste is too thin and insipid, add milk powder.

Before applying the mask all over your face , place a small amount in a part of your body, under your chin or around your neck, to be sure that your skin is not sensitive to any of the ingredients . Wait about five minutes to make sure no itching or redness occurs.

When you are sure that the mask does not irritate your skin, place several spoonfuls of the mixture in your hand. Using your fingers, massage the mask on your face and neck. If you have long hair, do yourself a ponytail so that your face is free.

You have to treat your eyes separately. Do not apply the mask in the shape of your eyes, then this skin is very sensitive. Cut two slices of cucumber that was left and place one on each eye. Then sit back and relax while the mask works its magic.

Let the mask hardens over a period of about half an hour. Then rinse with cold water and dry your face with a towel. Repeat the process every two or three weeks to remove impurities from your skin. You will see that your skin is tighter, firmer and smoother.

Oatmeal and honey mask

Boil in the kitchen one quart of water. Once boil, pour water into a container and add three chamomile tea bags. Let cool macerated and water to reach room temperature .

In a blender or food processor, grind two-thirds cup rolled oats until it has the consistency of fine powder. Then add a cup of plain yogurt and a quarter cup of honey. Blend until the mixture is homogeneous.

Use your fingers to apply by gently pat oat mixture on your face , avoiding the eye area. Relax and let the mask sit for fifteen or twenty minutes.

Use lukewarm chamomile tea to remove the mask from your face . Your pores will be smaller and your complexion brighter. Repeat every few weeks for deep cleaning.
