Does drinking coffee before training helps you lose weight?

There are several reasons why the coffee drink before training can increase weight loss. Caffeine is in a cup of coffee accelerate metabolism, providing a temporal energy increase may give as result harder training, and therefore, contribute to weight loss. But there are other factors to consider.

According to this study, the results demonstrated that caffeine reduced RPE during exercise, providing a partial explanation for the ergogenic effects that caffeine has on exercise performance.

But some studies suggest that drinking coffee before exercise can be bad for training, and thus prevent weight loss. According to a study published issue of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology , the equivalent of two cups of coffee reduces the body’s ability to increase blood flow to the heart during exercise. “When we exercise, myocardial blood flow must increase to fit the increased oxygen requirement,” wrote researcher Dr. Phillipp A. Kaufmann. “We found that caffeine affects this mechanism negatively. Partially reduces the need for increased flow.”
