Everybody knows you need to consider healthy nutrition and regular exercise when learning a healthy lifestyle. What many people don't know is how to incorporate both concepts in their daily lives on a consistent basis. To master the habbits of regular exercise and learn more about healthy nutrition, I highly recommend the following resources.

Eat, Drink and Be Healthy is a basic nutrition guide that explains the science and research behind healthy food. It discusses topics such as "what carbohydrates will keep your weight in balance" and "do we really need vitamine supplements?". Written in a very understandable way and based on extensive scientific research, this book is an excellent and unbiased introduction to a healthy lifestyle. You can read a little review of this book I wrote right here.

2. What To Eat by Marion Nestle

With all the junk food out there, what can we still eat? Marion Nestle gives you a very comprehensive and well documented overview in the popular book What To Eat. She answers question such as 'What is Certified Organic', 'What are Trans Fats' and 'do Margarines reduce your cholesterol?'
