Fenugreek should not be taken by women pregnant or those taking anticoagulant medication. Before taking fenugreek talk to your pediatrician, obstetrician or lactation consultant.

Visit a lactation consultant. They are trained professionals who help ensure that your baby is breastfeeding properly and get proper nutrition. If something is wrong with your breast or breast milk, a lactation consultant will work with you to change that by helping you achieve optimal production of breast milk and your baby will reach its optimal consumption.
